As a team of three motivated women we combine our varied and complementary strengths to achieve positive and rewarding results for our clients. By sharing our experiences, sills and knowledge, our clients always benefit from having more than one point of view.

While we perform in unison on every transaction, each of us shines individually with specific skills and strengths. Our client does not always see the many pieces of the puzzle that the team is fitting together on their behalf, and that is how the process often appears so easy. Real estate is my “third career”. I started as a High School French teacher, worked in retail banking holding several real estate and administrative positions prior to entering residential real estate sales in 1986. It is my passion! I am energized by finding housing solutions for our clients. As a member of a dynamic team, I work with both buyers and sellers.

I consider it a privilege to guide buyers through the intricacies of a home purchase, a major life decision for most buyers. A favorite part of this guidance process for me is formulating a strategy and orchestrating the myriad details for our buyer’s ultimate success.

When representing sellers, my usual role on the team is to guide our clients through the very significant and complex disclosure and inspection process. I understand that for most sellers this is a daunting task. My personal goal is to help them through with patience, encouragement and a sense of humor.

The entrepreneurial aspect of residential real estate remains exciting to me. I believe that satisfied clients are the cornerstone of our business and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve with compassion, empathy and high-energy enthusiasm.

Rosemary Vaughan Squires

Real Estate has been part of my life from childhood. My mother owned a real estate firm in Salem Oregon. We lived her ideals as she modeled excellence in daily living and business achievements.

I work principally with sellers whose homes we represent. My adult working world began as a high school English teacher and later as a young wife and mother, my heart’s desire was to support people through interior design guidance. However, residential real estate was in the genes and the natural path then led to real estate brokerage. Since I love to write, the narrative part of our marketing often ends up with me. We are consistently recognized in the community for our marketing pieces, and we often hear people say “your team always presents the best houses!” I feel blessed to really love what I do to contribute to our team.

It is difficult for me to imagine a career path better suited to my personality and one that would continue to challenge and excite me even after 21 years of continued service.

Success in real estate requires dedication, initiative, a sense of humor and most importantly a good measure of compassion and understanding. Buying and selling a home can be stressful! We are often called on to be the trusted and calming voice that supports our clients’ decisions.

Homes that are perfectly presented sell best. My role on the team is to manage and coordinate the numerous details involved with the visual presentation of properties to the market; often out in the field meeting with photographers, gardeners, painters, floor refinishers, handymen and stagers. My understanding of home renovation has proven to be very helpful in my work with buyers as they consider various housing opportunities.

It is a privilege to represent buyers and sellers in what is often their most important financial and family decision.
